What great day and other stuff

The sun is shining and it is almost warm outside! OH-joy! This is the first winter that I have really craved the sun! I don' t know what it was about THIS winter that bothered me so much. It wasn't an awful winter. We have had quite a bit if snow lately- but we get it every year. I'm telling ya- it's so bad that I have banned the word snow from our house! I wanted to take the plastic of of the windows and open u the house today but Murf said it still gets too cold at night. He said it still may even S-N-@$ and I thought I may cry just hearing that! LOL!

I am not going to stress my grammar in my blog. I have to worry about commas and the correct punctuation and spelling and everything being perfect for work- so I just wanna write here. I am not planning on coming off as a total hilljack- but if you see something that is wrong- just read through it.

I love these:! Love the !!!! I use them so much when I write that sometimes I even go back and take some out because I may only have one or two periods and a whole slew of !!!!. I think it's because a lot of time I am really meaning something and I wanna make sure it's known!

Murf and I get a date night again. Of course- we are going to an auction again this week. LOL! I don't mind. I'll admit it- it's kinda fun. I saw something there last week that I loved and it is going to be auctioned tonight. so- we are going back. It's a big antique wardrobe. It is worn out- but there is something about it that I love! I would totally redo the living room around that piece! We have talked about it though and set a limit. We won't go over it. Okay- Murf won't. LOL!

I suck at auctions. I don't know if it's because I am competitive or what. I CAN'T stop bidding though. It's terrible, I know. I just feel like I'm losing if I stop. That is the reason that I don't go very often. I went about a month ago and saw a first edition Gone With The Wind book that I HAD to HAVE! Had to I tell ya! I knew that I was going to get it before I even started. I was bidding against a lady that owns and antique mall- she would raise, then I would, she would, then I would... I didn't even flinch- didn't have to even THINK- it was yes. SHe wouls pause for a second and think then say yes. I was saying yes (shaking my head to the ring guy) before she had even made up her mind! lOL!

I am ready The Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands. It is really a good book. I'll admit to beig unsure about it. But- once I started reading it, I realize it can apply to other people. It's more a matter of respect.

I hate primary elections. We (republicans) have no candidate for judge. I have a friend that is running for judge as a democrat. I also have a friend that is running for sheriff as a republican. So- I wish I could vote for the person. LIke I wish all the people were listed and everyone can chose 1 from each party. That way, when you don't have someone even running in a certain party- you still get to help pick the person.
